Important: please include your full name and membership type in the e-Transfer notes so we can match it to your application form. Your membership is only official once both the form and payment are received.

You can also pay securely online using your credit or debit card through Zeffy, our trusted platform for non-profits.
100% Secure: all transactions are safely processed through Stripe. FNAQ never sees or stores your banking information.
No hidden fees: Zeffy is a 100% free platform for non-profits, meaning 100% of your membership dues go directly to supporting FNAQ's mission.
IMPORTANT: during checkout, Zeffy may ask for an optional voluntary contribution (tip) to keep their platform running for free for organizations like ours. This tip is completely optional and goes to Zeffy, not FNAQ.
