Ready to get involved? Follow the steps below to become an FNAQ member or join the Executive Board

To Become an FNAQ member ONLY:

Go to our Membership page to determine which category applies to you (Active, Associate or Student)

  • Choose your payment method: under the "Enrolling" heading, click the button link that corresponds to your preferred payment method:

    • Option A (Credit Card / Pre-Authorized Debit): This link will take you to Zeffy, our secure third-party partner. You can complete your membership registration form entirely online and pay via credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay

    • Option B (Interac E-Transfer):

      The link below will direct you to our fillable Membership Registration Form

    • Then make payment by e-Transfer to: fnaq.aiipq@gmail.com

Option C : Submit Manual Payments:

  • If you choose to register in person, you must print the Membership Form and submit along with cash or check

  • Please print your completed form (using the button below) and submit it along with your payment

  • You may submit the form and payment in person to any EB member

  • You cannot use the Fillable Forms if you are choosing to make payment in person; You Must click on “Printable Membership Form” then print the form

To become a member of the Executive Board 2028-2030

Requirements to run for the Executive Board:

  • Must be an active member of FNAQ

  • Must submit a current CV (using the short-form template provided below)

  • Must complete and submit the official Candidacy Application Form (see below)
